Why not start the day with a delicious breakfast downstairs overlooking the beautiful Polish Hill River region. Try a delicious egg & bacon roll with ‘last minute’ & smoked cheddar sauce, zucchini pickle, bush brioche, or nduja bruschetta with basil, muntries & buffalo mozzarella. For something a little sweeter experience one of Erky’s famous Wattleseed & burnt white chocolate damper donuts with hazelnut. Perfect with a glass of bubbles. All day breakfast. Pauletts Classic Gourmet Festival | Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th May 2023 (Dates TBC)
For a fun and relaxed atmosphere, join us downstairs for picnic-style food, live music, games, hit the barrel golf competition, and so much more. Dishes include, Korean fried chicken with fermented habanero and matcha pickles, sunchoke ‘nachos’ with saltbush and charred corn salsa and our popular steakhouse chips with eucalypt salt and bush aioli. Cheeseboards and wine and canape flights available.
Live music by Midnight Train on Saturday 14th and Matty Allen Music on Sunday 15th May. Special show bags and a treasure hunt available for the kids to keep them entertained while you relax and enjoy yourself. No bookings required.

This Gourmet Weekend, join us for lunch at Bush DeVine Restaurant on the deck for a five-course degustation dining experience. Erky, our Head Chef, has created a delicious menu of native-inspired dishes. Why not include a wine pairing? Among the dishes are Korean barramundi tartare, fermented chilli, sesame, nashi pear, and finger lime; and salt baked pork belly, burnt cauliflower, boab leaf, and black garlic jus.
